Gain subject-matter knowledge through online self paced courses – Data and AI in Clean Energy Overview and Case Study and interactive workshops from domain experts; culminating in a jobs fair
Fellows connect with senior researchers, corporate leaders, or startup founders for guidance based on their needs assessment session
Workforce Pathways: Jobs Fair will be organised to place the fellows for hands-on learning with climate tech startups through internship opportunities, or ideating and refining own business ideas

A 4-week fellowship, followed by 3-4 months internships or projects for young professionals, equipping them with technical skilling in clean technologies, applied data methods, and pathways into internships or entrepreneurship.
The fellowship is designed to help fellows develop technical knowledge in climate, with a focus on clean energy and energy optimisation; build technical skills and confidence to start their careers in the Climate Sector; gain practical exposure by working with relevant startups; and access mentors, experts, founders, and other stakeholders to become part of the larger climate tech community.
No, this fellowship is offered by Climate Collective Foundation as part of our Startup Earth Centre (SEC) platform. The course content is developed by startup founders and domain experts, to develop technical know-how and business literacy among aspiring climate action enthusiasts.
Yes, each participant will receive a fellowship completion certificate if they complete the course requisites and have at least 70% participation
The fellowship is currently funded by HP and hence offered at no charge to the
participants
The course includes 4 weeks of self paced technical courses, live sessions and startup simulation followed by 3-4 months of internship, depending on the employer organization and startup.

The applicants who meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be judged on their intent of applying for this fellowship and commitment to participate and complete the fellowship requisites.

This program is completely virtual.
We expect participants to have access to a desktop or laptop computer and reliable internet connection for completing the fellowship requisites.
The course will have a mix of pre-recorded lectures, live interactions, workshops, talks with successful founders, and domain experts, mentorship sessions and assignments which needs to be completed. In addition to this, the participants will get opportunity to get internships with startups in climate tech and clean energy space or get further support to work on their own business idea.
All the reading materials you are required to access will be provided during the fellowship. Instructors
may provide recommended and suggested texts for further exploration.
Yes, we want to foster collaboration so that there is a greater shared learning across sthe cohort.
The assignments will be designed in a format that will let you collaborate remotely.
Your profile will be shared with our startups. The final selection would be based on candidate’s profile & preference as well as the need and selection criteria of the startup.
While we strongly suggest that you don’t miss any sessions as learning outcomes are better through interaction and collaboration, however you are free to choose as long as you are active for at least 70 percent of the fellowship.
As part of the fellowship, we would want the fellows to join the internship but if you have a business idea that you would want to work on during the last three-six months, you can skip interning with a startup and instead work on strengthening your own business plan.
